contact details in the contact page. Our office staff will be happy to talk you through your
requirements over the phone and then arrange the meeting at your home to discuss it more
widely. After that we will be able to put together the package for you with all your demands
and preferences.

All our staff are trained to the national minimum standards required by the local
regulatory bodies. Each new Carer undergo a full, enhanced DBS check, so all our workers
are checked against any criminal records.
Staff are fully trained to ensure the needs of service users are met adhering to their
preferences and specific requirements to provide more complex care. We encourage our
Carer to undertake personal development and attend additional training and courses.
We are regularly inspected by Care Quality Commission and we can continuously strive to
improve our services.

Payments starts with £15 per hour. Once you have contacted us, we will provide the
individual package for yourself adjusted to your preferences and requirements.
We will be sending you the invoices on a four -weekly basis. We can accept online, cash and
cheque payments.

Yes, continuity is extremely important to us and to our service users and our carers are
allocated to individuals within their preferences. However, there will be times when due
to staff holidays, sickness or some other reason it may not always be possible, that’s why we
always allocate 3 carers to each client. Of course, you will be informed about it in advance.
